Calluses

Callus is a yellow like hard skin caused by pressure mainly to the foot area.  This can be reduced by your Foot Health Practitioner or Podiatrist.

There are many protection silicons on the market that can alleviate the pain caused by callus.  Callus is usual to appear where there is great pressure to the foot and is therefore  the bodies way of protecting the bone.

 It is therefore advisable to ask if orthotics may be necessary.
